Data we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number, gender, nationality, city, category, university, major, qualification, and graduation year, along with your interests, attendance days, and CV if you attach one. For security and statistical purposes, we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your connection address instead of the address itself, and we count visits daily without tracking cookies.
How we use it
To issue and send your ticket, manage entry and record attendance each day, communicate with you about the forum, and prepare aggregate statistics that do not reveal your identity.
Sharing with exhibitors
We do not share your profile or CV with exhibitors unless you explicitly consent to it during registration, and only for employment and training purposes.
CV protection
CVs are stored outside the site's public area, accessible only to authorized forum team members through a protected admin panel, and every download is recorded in an audit log.
Retention and deletion
We retain data for the duration of the forum and as long as needed afterward for professional follow-up purposes, and you may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, or withdraw your consent to sharing and marketing.
